Frank Gashumba has revealed how he put his new partner, Patience Mutoni Malaika, through a test of patience before fully committing.
Reflecting on their journey together, the outspoken sociopolitical analyst shared that he met Malaika nearly a year ago.
At the time, she didn’t own a car and relied on boda-bodas and taxis for transportation. Gashumba allowed her to continue using them for approximately eight months to gauge her patience and resilience, which ultimately convinced him that she was the right woman for him.
Following this, he enrolled her in a driving school and, in January, gifted her a brand-new car worth nearly Shs 37 million.
"I met Malaika when she had no car—she was using bodas and taxis. I let her continue for about eight months to test her, then sent her to driving school. In January, I bought her a brand-new car," Gashumba shared.
