Music producer and events manager Bushingtone has issued a response to recent criticism from Green Daddy, who accused him of deliberately sidelining emerging artists during the B2C 10-year anniversary concert.

After the successful event, Green Daddy addressed the media to express his frustration, claiming that Bushingtone intentionally prevented younger or lesser-known artists from sharing the stage during the performance. In response, Bushingtone refuted these allegations, explaining that he was merely fulfilling his responsibilities as the production manager.

"I don’t understand what he meant. Isn’t Aroma a singer? What about Rema? Carol Nantongo? The show was about celebrating 10 years of B2C. That was the whole idea, honoring their journey," commented Green Daddy.

Bushingtone then elaborated on the process by which artists are selected for such events, emphasizing that he does not make these decisions on his own. "The artist provides me with a list of who they want to perform. If you’re not on that list, it becomes difficult for me to accommodate you because I hadn’t planned for your appearance," he explained.

He also offered some pointed advice to Green Daddy, stating, "Let him do his own concert and arrange his own lineup. That way, he can showcase whoever he wants."
