Hajjati Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, Head of the Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC), has dismissed the idea of ever dating Frank Gashumba, stating she wasn’t interested because he bleaches his skin.

Responding to Gashumba's claim that she wasn't his type, Namyalo fired back: “Who told you that you're my type? I only used to hang out with you when I had money. If I ever wanted you, I would have used my money to get you—but I didn’t, because you bleach.”

She claimed that Gashumba once confided in her regularly during their better days and added that she was surprised by the partner he eventually chose—especially given his history of criticizing women's appearances.

“You used to come to me with stories about women. You’re not my type either. I only date men revealed to me by God. And sometimes, even that doesn’t work out,” she explained.

Taking a final swipe, she remarked: “We haven’t criticized your wife, even though with the way you insulted us, we thought you'd marry God herself and we’d be expected to worship her. But that didn’t happen.”

On May 15, Gashumba formalized his union with Patience Mutoni Malaika in a Gusaba ceremony held in Ssembabule District, where Mutoni’s family requested a bride price of Shs6 million and 12 cows—both of which he honored.

The tension between Gashumba and Namyalo appears to stem from a financial fallout. According to Namyalo, she once gave him over Shs500 million through ONC-related deals. But once she cut off that access, Gashumba allegedly turned hostile and began tarnishing her reputation among the top ranks of the NRM, including President Museveni.
