Victor Osimhen remains keen on a Premier League move, and Manchester United has stepped forward with a proposal involving Joshua Zirkzee.
The Nigerian forward is set to leave Napoli permanently this summer after spending last season on loan at Galatasaray.
Despite Al-Hilal’s €120 million offer for a three-year deal, Osimhen turned down all approaches from the Saudi Pro League, determined to continue his career in Europe, particularly in England’s top flight.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, United has renewed its interest in signing Osimhen but is reluctant to trigger his €75m (£63m) release clause. As an alternative, they are considering a striker-plus-cash deal, with Joshua Zirkzee potentially included to reduce the overall transfer cost.
