Baboon Forest Entertainment CEO GNL Zamba has announced that no one from Uganda’s music industry will ever be welcomed into his home. Now settled in Muyenga with his American wife, GNL says this boundary marks the clear line between his life in the spotlight and his private sanctuary.
“Anyone from the Ugandan music scene won’t set foot in my house—I’m done with their bad energy,” he declared. Known for safeguarding his peace and mental well-being, GNL insists there’s no arrogance behind his decision. “Not even my closest industry friends have been here. At my age, peace and family time are everything,” he explained.
While he trusts no one would deliberately harm his family, GNL emphasizes the importance of controlling the energy he allows into his personal space. “It’s not about safety—it’s about keeping the atmosphere I want in my home,” he concluded.
