Dancehall artist Richard Kasendwa, known as Ziza Bafana, has urged fellow performer Uncle Chumi to keep her comedy separate from her music career.
“I recommend that Chumi distinguish her comedic skits from her musical output. While humor can be entertaining, some of your jokes harm people’s reputations,” Ziza Bafana advised.
His comments came after Uncle Chumi accused producer Martin Musoke (Artin Pro) of sexual misconduct.
Following the allegations, rapper Mudra defended Artin Pro, calling him “a great person” and admitting the claims left him feeling wounded. “I was hurt when Chumi made those disturbing allegations against him,” he said.
Both Ziza Bafana and Mudra cautioned Uncle Chumi to choose her words more carefully in the future.
